DoConnect - Doctor Practice Management System

A practice management system

The DoConnect System aims to provide a world-class medical health practice management services to various medical health practitioners. The system can be used by doctors with any number of practices. The system acknowledges the need for multiple practice data integration in order for medical health practitioners to be able to access patient medical records from any other practice if need arises. It also enables online appointment bookings for patients and hassle free appointment management for the practice. It allows for medicine inventory management and alerts the staff before the stock levels get too low.

Dashboard

The Dashboard shows a summary of the practice's financial and operational performance.If user has the Admin access level, the user will be able to view the Dashboards of all registered practices, while all other users can only view the practice Dashboard to which they are registered to.

1. Medicine inventory widget
The widget shows the medicine records for the practice that is currently stated in the title of the page i.e. Dashboard: Marble Towers Practice.

2. Appointments widget
The widget shows the number of patient's appointments that are waiting approval (pending), approved and rejected appointments. The user can click the "View Details" button to manage the appointments. This is illustrated below.

The widget in figure 1.1 is currently displaying the pending appointments. User has two options, either approve or reject an appointment.

1. View Patients Page
Click the Patients link on the menu bar. This will display the patient's medical record page.

2. View Patients Details
Click the button to view more details on the patient's record. This will display the patient's medical record. The patient's medical record is shown in figure below.

Medical Record Page

The system stores the patient's medical record which assists the doctor in making a more accurate diagnosis.

DoConnect - Illness Diagnosis System

The system suggest the best possible illness disgnosis.

The DoConnect Practice Management system has a medical diagnosis expert system, an artificial "brain" which helps doctors diagnose medical conditions based on the patient's symptoms. The diagnosis expert system will suggest medical tests that the doctor can conduct on the patient to confirm the medical condition. In addition to that, it will recommend a list of medication to cure the illness.

Cab Booking and Management System

The taxi industry is a busy industry. Customers in this industry often need quick access and reliable means of transport to move from one location to the next. To come up with a solution to this process, a Cab Booking Management System was created for managing the entire processes of the organization which brings significant value to the organization.

On the dashboard, admin will be able to manage cab bookings, monitor cab drivers, perform administrative tasks such as Adding, Updating driver details and deleting driver records or other employees. It will also produce an overview report as well as individual driver reports. Website: This will provide full information of the organization and provide booking facilities for cab users.

The system will be able to improve and automate the management of customer bookings. Administrators, managers and employees work performance will be made easier and more effective than before, which will generate more income to the business. All of these ideas that we are incorporating are aimed to put the business up the market and providing competitive advantage against its competitors.
